For the cookie layer:

Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat butter on medium-high in a large bowl until soft and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add egg yolks and egg, and beat until incorporated, about an additional 2 minutes. Add cake mix in 3 stages over low speed until fully incorporated, and then fold in sprinkles. Bake for 16-20 minutes, turning the dish halfway through the cook time, until the edges start to turn golden brown. Remove from the oven, and let sit until cooled. To make fudge layer: Fill a large saucepan with about an inch of water. Set a large heatproof mixing bowl on top, and add the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Heat on high, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and pour over the cookie layer. While the fudge is still wet, garnish with Peeps, sprinkles, and candy. Let cool completely, and cut into squares. Information Category Desserts Yield 24 servings Cook Time 1 hour Print recipe
